Robyn Lidskin
Robyn Lidskin is a partner
in Shopping Center Solutions, LLC (SCS) a full service retail
consultancy firm based in Boca Raton, Florida. Lidskin formed the
company with her husband, Bill McClure in 2006. SCS capitalizes on
the experience and background of the principals, providing retail
real estate expertise to owners, developers and retailers.

In a changing retail landscape, SCS
offers a results-oriented formula for 3rd party property leasing and
retail tenant representation while saving companies the added costs in
HR, relocation and administration.
Prior to starting SCS, Robyn was
Vice President of Leasing and Development for O&S Holdings, LLC, and was
responsible for the leasing of Louisiana
Boardwalk in Bossier City, Louisiana, Bridge Street Town Center in
Huntsville, Alabama, Jordan Creek Market Place in West Des Moines, Iowa
and Bridge Street Town Center in McKinney, Texas.
As a 14-year veteran of the shopping center
leasing and retail industry, Lidskin provides strong knowledge and experience.
Before O&S Holdings, Lidskin was Director of Real Estate for Saks Incorporated.
As director, she was responsible for new site selection and acquisitions,
oversaw lease renewals, preparation of site presentation packages and evaluation
of new opportunities for department store concepts. In addition, she was
responsible for the Saks Incorporated acquired Club Libby Lu, a "tween" concept
for girls 4 -14. Lidskin was responsible for the introduction of the brand into
the top 100 shopping centers in the country.
Lidskin's previous experience includes L&H Real Estate Group as a Regional
Leasing Specialist and General Growth Properties as a Leasing Representative.
Both of these positions included evaluation of existing property and leasing
plans, tenant negotiations, developing detailed merchandise and economic plans
for assigned properties and evaluating retail tenant performances.
Lidskin started her real estate career as Director of Leasing for the Chicago
Apparel Mart. Responsible for hundreds of thousands of square feet of
apparel-based showrooms, she coordinated all aspects of construction, leasing,
major capitol project direction and leasing strategies.
Professional memberships include the International Council of
Shopping Centers (ICSC); International Association for Exposition Management;
National Real Estate Institute; Fashion Group International and the
Vice-Chairman of the Real Estate Division for the Jewish United Fund. Lidskin is
a graduate of DePaul University. |
